一种亚微米级高分辨率光束定位装置。

应用程序与windows7/8/10操作系统(32&64位)兼容,标准提供SDK软件包进行定制集成。

 

该系统能够同时测量3束连续波和脉冲光。提供广泛的光谱响应,从深紫外,可见光和高达1550nm。高精度测量——边到边的偏差小于5um。它是一个基于USB3.0的设备,具有通过RS232将数据导出到另一台计算机的能力、数据记录和详细统计、用于集成到用户应用程序中的SDK控制。

该系统配有一个摄像头、一套2×NG10过滤器、一个安装柱、USB连接、CD盘上的软件、手提箱。
