µBeam-激光光束分析仪
µBeam是一种光束诊断测量系统,用于实时测量和显示亚微米范围内的小型连续或脉冲激光器、光纤和激光二极管光束轮廓。主要特点包括:测量小于0.5µm(FWHM)的光束,处理CW或脉冲,具有较长的工作距离,使用高分辨率CCD响应范围,光学变焦以快速找到光束。
这是一个软件驱动的设备,可以通过USB2.0端口连接到任何运行在windows vista/XP/2000/7/8/10(32位和64位)下的PC主机。
µBeam在CD拾音器、激光二极管、光学元件和光学元件的调整、各种光束参数的评估和测试等方面有着广泛的应用。也可以使用SAM3-HP光束采样器获得高功率版本的µ束。
